Reinhardt Press Publisher Terms of Use

Effective date: September 5, 2026.

Purpose and authorized use

Reinhardt Press Publisher is operated by the Reinhardt Press maintainers for publishing their reviewed developer tutorials, articles, videos, and posts. Use of the publisher is limited to authorized maintainers acting for accounts and channels they own or are permitted to manage. These terms do not grant access to the publisher or to any third-party account.

Before connecting an account or approving a publication, read these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the publisher to impersonate someone, publish unauthorized material, bypass platform restrictions, or disclose credentials.

Publication approval and content rights

The maintainer approving a publication is responsible for reviewing its exact content, intended accounts, visibility, rights, attributions, and required disclosures. Merging a publication pull request into the protected main branch authorizes the workflow to publish that reviewed package to the configured destinations. A workflow may complete only part of a publication; maintainers must check recorded outcomes before retrying an uncertain operation.

Submit only content you own or have permission to publish. You retain your existing rights in submitted content and permit the publisher to process and transmit it as necessary to carry out the approved publication. These terms do not transfer ownership or override the licenses attached to articles, code, or media.

Connected platforms

The publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube functionality, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google authorization and use of YouTube remain subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable terms and policies. Use of X, GitHub, and Cloudflare remains subject to the agreements that govern those accounts.

Platform API access, quotas, charges, moderation, and availability can affect publication. Account owners are responsible for their platform charges and settings. An account connection does not authorize purchases, automatic credit top-ups, or subscription changes by the publisher.

Availability and ending access

The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publication, or a particular audience result. Maintainers must verify publication outcomes and keep appropriate copies of their source material. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

You may stop using the publisher and revoke connected-account access at any time. Revoking access does not automatically delete published material. The Privacy Policy explains how to request deletion of stored account data. The maintainers may suspend the publisher or a connection when needed for maintenance, security, or misuse response.

Contact and changes

Contact press@reinhardt-web.dev with questions about these terms or publication operations. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an effective date. Material changes will be made available before they apply to further use of the publisher.
